Court Invalidates Two Penalties Imposed on Khodorkovsky

The Ingoda District Court in Chita has invalidated and cancelled two penalties imposed on Mikhail Khodorkovsky by the Chita pre-trial detention center's administration. The penalities include three days in solitary confinement for not reporting on the number of people in the cell to the pre-trial detention center head and a reprimand for a dirty cap on the fresh water tank.
